3. Driver Profiles

Drivers must provide accurate information regarding experience, CDL status, endorsements, and qualifications.

4. Company Profiles

Companies must provide accurate business information and may be subject to verification procedures.

5. Verification Services

DriverLink may review CDL and Medical Card documents to provide verification status; however, DriverLink does not guarantee the validity of any document submitted by users.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information
• Impersonating another person or company
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform
• Uploading fraudulent documents
• Violating applicable laws or regulations

7. Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are subject to change with advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

DriverLink is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for employment decisions, hiring outcomes, or disputes between users.

9. Account Termination

DriverLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
